From creator
to CEO.
Ten years, four brands, seven locations. This is the story of Maame Mansa Richardson, and how she learned to build real businesses in Ghana.

My story
Built in public, one brand at a time.
Mansa’s very first business was makeup. As a makeup artist she found her place in beauty, then started sharing her life online: home finds, DIYs, shopping guides and honest reviews that built a loyal Accra audience.
Trained as a beauty therapist, she turned her expertise into Bareskinn, a science-backed skincare line for men and women, and Bareskinn Spa.
She kept building. Cafe de Boba brought boba culture to Dzorwulu, Dansoman and North Legon, and Freezzee made premium frozen foods easy to get in Airport Residential, Lashibi and Kwabenya. Today she leads teams across four brands and seven locations.
She has shared her ten-year journey on The Delay Show and 3FM, and through her content and one-to-one calls she shows the next generation of Ghanaian founders what it really takes.
The journey
2016 to now.
A decade of building, from the camera to the counter to the classroom.

CEO and mentor
A third Cafe de Boba opens in North Legon, and Freezzee expands to three locations in a single year. Mansa shares her story on The Delay Show and 3FM, and opens one-to-one calls for founders who want to build in Ghana.
What drives her
Warm, practical, Ghana-proud.
Mansa celebrates her customers like neighbours, thanks her staff in public, and reviews things honestly, good and bad. That same voice runs through every conversation she has with founders.
